Content — site-content track
The parallel Content session completing the public site (templates, reference, glossary, FAQ, SEO, blog). What I've done, what I'm doing now, and what's next — a manager view alongside the test/quality track.
Editorial board · updated 2026-06-04 · a wave is only “Done” once deployed AND verified on staging.
Event Templates library
A real starter-template library across 18 event types (theatre, music, corporate, sports, esports, fashion, conferences, galas…), each with a full blueprint: production nodes, key roles, run-of-show and watch-outs, plus a "Start from this template" CTA.
Shipped: Index 9→18 templates (now filterable by category); detail pages 0→18. Deployed + verified on staging (index + detail pages 200).
Roles & Node-Types reference
Expanded the crew-roles and node-types reference that underpins the templates and the readiness model.
Shipped: 6→14 crew roles (added Lighting Designer, Security Lead, Broadcast Director, Comms/Registration/Hospitality/Monitor/Medic leads) and 4→10 node types (Green Room, Broadcast/Stream, Registration, Load-in Zone, Monitor World, Concourse). Deployed + verified (/reference shows 14 + 10).
Glossary expansion
Plain-language glossary of the readiness vocabulary (gates, ceiling, ladder, presence, cues, run-of-show, escalation…).
Shipped: Now 72 terms (event-production + platform vocabulary). Deployed + verified.
FAQ — Getting started & operations + more
A new FAQ topic group answering the practical prospect questions: creating a first event, the open-source/self-host pricing model, notifications + escalation, team/vendor scoping under RLS, mobile show-day use, and support.
Shipped: 15 brand-accurate Q&As total (5 getting-started + 10 on data export, integrations, multi-event, permissions, offline, scale, compliance, upgrades). Free-agent drafts were generic/inaccurate, so authored by hand. Deployed + verified.
Solutions by event type (verticals)
32 data-driven vertical pages — healthcare, education, weddings, esports, hospitality, music tours, trade shows, awards, product launches, fashion, festivals and more — each with the readiness challenge, how Createrz helps, and outcomes.
Shipped: Generated by a parallel Haiku/Sonnet agent fleet, structured + tsc-gated by the orchestrator. Deployed + verified (/v + detail pages 200).
Playbooks (how-to guides)
16 step-by-step playbooks: first event, staffing & presence, dependencies & critical path, go/no-go, blocker on show day, escalation tiers, vendor onboarding, reading the Health Timeline.
Shipped: Agent-generated, hand-verified for accuracy to the deterministic model. Deployed + verified (200).
Comparison pages
8 fair "Createrz vs …" pages (spreadsheets, generic PM, run-of-show docs, radios/chat, paid SaaS, checklists, custom tools, calendar/tasks) with a dimension-by-dimension table + honest verdict.
Shipped: Deployed + verified (200).
Blog expansion
27 new posts across Operations/Engineering/Product/Field-Notes (reading a readiness score, the override decision, presence as a gate, multi-venue coordination, why determinism matters, and more).
Shipped: Blog grew to 39 posts. Deployed + verified (/blog/[slug] 200).
SEO meta/OG + related-content links
Fill missing page metadata / Open-Graph / canonical, and add "related content" link blocks across content pages (also fixes orphan pages).
Localization (Hebrew / Hindi)
Translate the marketing surface into the /he and /hi locales (author/Max-verified — free-agent translation proved unreliable on format).
